Man of ideas. Jesper entered into the world of internet in 2000 and is today one of the most respected internet entrepeneurs in Scandinavia / Europe with the building of Just-Eat.com from 3 guys in a basement in Denmark to 200 people in 7 markets around the world. Jesper is the most winning internet entrepeneur in Denmark (E-Commerce price, nominations from 2004-2009 and winning 2005-2009). Jesper is now investor and mentor for 4 young driving internetcompanies, doing lectures about E-Commerce on a high level and was a part of the BBC hit program “The Secret Millionaer”. Jesper has been officer in the Royal Danish army, Bachelor from the Danish Export Institute and has been working at the Danish Embassy in foreign affairs.
Per Meldgaard, CTO
Per Meldgaard has been in the online business since the first sites appeared on the net. During employments in a variety of companies ranging from thriving startups over international advertising agency to companies listed at Nasdaq he has successfully been involved in all technical aspects of inventing, developing, maintaining and promoting online products and activities.
Ever since Per Meldgaard got involved in the digital world as a CD-Rom developer back in 1997 he has constantly been following the newest trends and technologies and putting them into work e.g. as one of the founders of Just-Eat or as the first to tweet from Scandinavia as member number 2545 (@peme).
Jesper Wiberg, Sales Director
Jesper Wiberg have been dealing with sales, coaching and training activities in some of the largest sales and marketing organizations in Denmark. The tasks has been everything from specific sales functions, sales training of small and larger groups, teaching them the psychological aspects of sales, personal coaching as well as building sales organizations, etc.
Ditlev Bredahl, Advisory
Ditlev Bredahl has more than a decade of industry experience. He knows the online business inside out, and is a frequent speaker at ecommerce/hosting events. His claim to fame is the 3 year turn-around of UK2Group.com - where he currently holds the CEO position - from a 8 person declining company to a 150+ person international growing hosting giant. Lately he has been spearheading the launch of VPS.NET with the aim of bringing cloud hosting to the mass market.
Carsten Mikkelsen, Advisory and HR
Carsten Mikelsen is a true entrepeneur and have been making several ventures into huge successes.. First He started a nightclub (Crazy Daisy) in Vejle, Denmark in 1991. Today theres 58 nightclubs under the brands Crazy Daisy and Buddy Holly. Then he co-founded the biggest energy drink in Denmark (CULT Energy drink). Carsten is also shareholder of Just-Eat.com and have been a shareholder from the start in 2001. Carsten will be the motivator and H/R responsible in the company.

Jacob Ebdrup, Co-founder and Advisory
M. Sc. in IT and Electronics from 1993. Jacob enjoy innovative thinking and working with talented people to create exciting commercially viable solutions for the end user. After 8 years of developing and implementing financial software systems in Copenhagen and the City of London, Jacob became an internet entrepreneur in 2001. He established shopfinder.co.uk which quickly became - and still is - a commercial success. ShopFinder today is present in the US, UK and Denmark. Jacob has participated in various startups and other web related projects along the way.
Anders Schepelern, Co-founder and Advisory
Anders Schepelern has more than 10 years of experience with advertising and online media. He has been part of start-ups in the consulting-, banking-, and it-industry. Anders' latest endeavour is the global copy-editing platform wordy.com launched at LeWeb 09. Anders has won a One Show Interactive gold award, Cannes lions gold and numerous Danish advertising prizes. Anders holds a BA in political science and a BA in philosophy from Copenhagen University.
Miracle
Miracle A/S was founded in 2000 by Lasse Christensen and Mogens Nørgaard and has 125 employees, 42 freelancers (via our BuddyShop ApS) and a turnover of 200 million Danish Kroner. Average annual growth for the first nine FY's was 35%, and we expect our current FY (ending end of June) to show a growth of 50+%. We started out as Oracle database experts. We are currently by far the biggest Oracle reseller in Denmark and was named Nordic Reseller of the Year last year (ie. biggest reseller in the Nordic region) - and we're the largest Oracle expertise house in Denmark today. But we have also spread out into other databases, into development (on .Net, Oracle, Java, and Open Source platforms) plus ERP/BI-solutions.
